We hope you find our rates to be very
competitive as we are only renting out our home to help cover
our running costs. Please remember to compare like with like, as
our villa has been furnished to a very high standard which you
may not find in a lot of similar villas in Florida.
The following rates are as a guide only please
contact us with
your travel dates to see if we have any offers or discounts
available.
REMEMBER: our prices are for the villa and
NOT per person and include all sales tax.

Discounts are available for early bookings
We are also in contact with many other owners on
Silver Creek - if we are booked for your required dates we may still be
able to help you find another villa so please ask. We can also accommodate
larger groups that may need two villas close together.
If you are interested in booking our villa
please check if we are available using our
online calendar (will open in a
new window).
If your dates are available please
e-mail or telephone
us to provisionally reserve your dates and confirm the dates are still
available. We will provisionally reserve the dates for no longer than 7
days to allow you time to fill in our
booking form and return it along
with a deposit of £100.00 / $200.00 per week. If we do not receive the
completed booking form and
deposit within 7 days we will place the dates back on the
calendar.
Payment can be made in either UK£ or US$ by
cheque, electronic transfer or credit cards via Paypal - note that Paypal
payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. More information about Paypal can
